Low-Risk Start

Proof of Concept Program

Don't buy promises — buy proof. In 3 months we digitalize a real part of your production, measure the results on your own data, and calculate your concrete ROI. Then you decide.

Start Your PoC

The 3-Month PoC Timeline

Weeks 1–2
Analysis & requirementsShop-floor walkthrough, process mapping, system landscape review and definition of PoC scope & success KPIs.
Weeks 3–4
Setup & connectionTouch panels and META Smart I/O installed on the pilot line, ERP data connected, users created.
Weeks 5–8
Live operationYour team works with the system daily. Real production data flows: OEE, downtime, scrap, schedule adherence.
Weeks 9–10
OptimizationFine-tuning based on operator feedback; APS scheduling scenarios on your real order book.
Weeks 11–12
ROI report & decisionMeasured results vs. baseline, full-rollout plan and business case. You decide with numbers on the table.

What You Get

Working system on your lineNot a slideshow — a live pilot your operators actually use for 2+ months.
Measured baseline & resultsTrue OEE, downtime causes and hidden capacity, quantified before/after.
ROI business caseConcrete savings projection for full rollout, ready for your management board.
No lock-inIf the numbers don't convince you, you walk away — the insight from the baseline analysis is yours to keep.

PoC Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a PoC cost?

A fixed, transparent package price depending on scope (number of workstations and modules). It's credited against the full rollout if you continue — ask us for a quote.

How much of my team's time does it need?

Roughly one project owner at ~20%, plus short training sessions for the pilot-line operators. We do the heavy lifting.

Which module should the PoC start with?

Usually MES on a bottleneck line (visibility) or APS (scheduling) — the discovery workshop in weeks 1–2 confirms the best entry point for your case.

Do we need to stop production?

No. Installation happens during planned breaks; the pilot runs alongside your normal operation.

What happens to the hardware if we stop?

PoC hardware is provided on a rental basis — no stranded investment if you decide not to continue.

Can the PoC cover multiple sites?

We recommend proving value on one line first — it keeps the PoC fast. Multi-site rollout is phase two, planned in the ROI report.
