Your AI sales team that never sleeps
An AI sales specialist. It is neither a bot nor a template tool. META CRM Bot studies every company first, then runs your sales process end to end: it finds the right decision-maker, writes to them in their own language by email and on LinkedIn, answers objections and books the meeting on your real calendar. CRM, Finance and Flow Studio run on the same panel. Built for B2B teams selling across borders.

It researches each company, finds the right decision-maker, writes to that person in their own language by email and on LinkedIn, answers objections and books the meeting on the seller's real calendar. CRM, Finance and Flow Studio run on the same panel, and the product's home is metacrmbot.com.
It's a standalone MSF product for sales teams. Manufacturers use it to sell their own products internationally, but any B2B company can use it.
No. It takes over the repetitive work (research, outreach, follow-up, qualification and booking) so your team spends its time in meetings and on closing.
Visit metacrmbot.com or book a 30-minute live demo on your own products and target countries. Once your domains, mailboxes and (if used) LinkedIn seats are in place, setup takes about seven business days.
It includes its own CRM for leads, stages and conversation history, so a second subscription is not required. If you already run Salesforce or HubSpot as the system of record for won business, decide which one owns the pipeline before you start. Running both means someone reconciles stages by hand every week, and that is the job people quietly stop doing.
A target list of named people with a reason to hear from you, a sending domain and mailboxes that have been warmed up, and a written definition of what a qualified reply looks like. The AI writes and sends the messages; it cannot choose your segment or rescue a list scraped without intent. The account itself opens quickly. The list and the offer decide the results, and they stay yours.
LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits using bots or other unauthorized automated methods to add contacts or send messages, and enforcement lands on the account rather than on the tool, so the risk here is the same one any LinkedIn automation carries. Use an identity you could afford to have restricted, keep volumes conservative, and make email the channel your pipeline actually depends on. Treat LinkedIn as an addition to a sequence that already works on its own.
The email assistant generates drafts, replies and nurture sequences in your tone of voice, so the output is only as specific as the positioning material you give it to work from. Plan for someone reading and correcting the first batches before any sequence sends unattended. What reduces the corrections is folding what you learn back into the tone rules and examples: the drafts improve when the brief improves.
There is no fixed figure, because the load scales with reply volume rather than with the number of contacts you send to: a campaign drawing ten replies a week is a short daily pass, one drawing a hundred is somebody's main job. The recurring work is approving message variants, reading the replies flagged as ambiguous, and refreshing target lists as people change roles. Size it off your expected reply volume before you commit a person.
Yes, where you have a lawful basis for contacting each person and can name an identifiable sender. The software sends what you tell it to send, at the volumes you set; it does not assess your basis for you. Email unsubscribes are mechanical, but someone who says stop in a LinkedIn reply is not, so confirm how that contact gets suppressed across the rest of the sequence before running the two channels together. Settle this with whoever owns data protection.
Packages are sized by Sales Identities, the identities the AI sells under: 1 in Starter (€490/month), 3 in Pro (€1,390/month) and 5 in Premium (€2,490/month), for 500, 1,500 or 3,000 target companies a month, plus a one-time setup fee of €1,000, €1,500 or €2,500. Enterprise is priced on a custom quote. Prices are in EUR excluding tax. Each identity runs with its own targeting, language settings and limits. Current packages are listed on metacrmbot.com.
