Every product PoC on this site is deliberately scoped to one representative site. None of them is built to prove a program company-wide at every plant simultaneously. This assessment is for the enterprise question underneath that: which plant should go first, what should be standardized globally versus decided locally, and what a staged rollout across the group actually looks like.

For an operations director or digital-transformation lead responsible for multiple plants with different systems, KPIs and process maturity, who needs a sequencing plan across those plants.
What we do
- Review your plant list, current systems per plant, and where KPIs and processes already diverge.
- Recommend a reference plant to run the first PoC on. Typically this is the one whose result generalizes best, which may not be the easiest.
- Work through the global-versus-local data model questions that come up in every multi-plant rollout: shared master data, local exceptions, reporting hierarchy.
- Produce an integration inventory (which systems each plant already runs) and a staged rollout approach for the plants that follow the reference site.
What we need from you
- A list of the plants in scope, with their current systems (ERP, MES, WMS or none) per plant.
- Where you already know KPIs or processes diverge between plants. A common changeover-time definition that differs by site is a typical example.
- Who owns the group-level decision on which plant standards apply everywhere versus which are locally decided.
- Your rollout timeline expectations and any regulatory or contractual constraints that differ by plant location.
What you get back
- A recommended reference-plant PoC, sized and scoped like any other single-site program on this site.
- The global-vs-local data model questions specific to your group, with a recommended answer for each.
- An integration inventory across the plants in scope.
- A staged rollout approach: the order plants should follow the reference site, and what changes at each stage.
What this does not claim
This assessment does not commit the group to a single platform or a fixed rollout date. It produces a sequencing recommendation. Every plant that follows still runs its own scoped PoC against its own systems and data; nothing here substitutes for that.

Can the first PoC run at more than one plant at the same time?
Not recommended, and not how any program on this site is scoped. A single reference plant produces a clean, defensible result faster. The following plants build on that result, including the rollout architecture.
What if our plants use completely different ERPs?
Common, and part of what this assessment maps directly. The integration inventory records exactly that, and the staged rollout approach accounts for it without assuming one ERP everywhere.
Who from our organization should be involved in this assessment?
Someone with visibility across plants (an operations director, digital-transformation lead or group IT/OT manager), since the questions are about standardization and sequencing across sites.
