One product, one ideal customer profile, approved messaging and a controlled campaign. The scorecard separates what actually happened — replies, positive replies, qualified leads, booked meetings — instead of collapsing them into one flattering number.

Durations are typical, not guaranteed. What extends a schedule: missing or incomplete data, security and network approvals, hardware lead times, sample collection, installation access, the production schedule, ERP test access, and the time your team needs to review results.
No unplanned shutdown is expected. Any installation window or controlled interruption is agreed with you in advance and scheduled around production.
| Metric | How it is defined | Where the number comes from | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Valid contact rate | Share of the built list that is genuinely reachable and genuinely matches the ICP. | MSF platform data | Technical |
| Delivery | Where the channel reports it: messages accepted for delivery. Never reported as read or seen without evidence. | MSF platform data | Technical |
| Reply rate | Share of contacted prospects who replied at all, positive or otherwise. | MSF platform data | Operational |
| Positive reply rate | Replies expressing interest, counted separately from replies that were a refusal. | MSF platform data | Operational |
| Qualified lead rate | Replies meeting the qualification definition agreed in discovery, not decided afterwards. | Observation and user interview | Operational |
| Meetings booked | Meetings actually placed in the calendar, counted separately from qualified leads. | MSF platform data | Financial |
| Stop-rule compliance | Opt-outs and refusals honoured immediately, with any breach reported rather than smoothed over. | MSF platform data | Technical |
| Human review rate | Share of messages and replies that still required a person, which is what scaling actually costs. | Observation and user interview | Adoption |
Before implementation, MSF and your team agree how each metric is calculated, where the baseline comes from, what data is excluded, and what result supports a rollout decision. This page lists what gets measured; the actual targets belong in the written PoC scope, not in a marketing claim.
Commercial terms, hardware ownership, travel, integration scope and any rollout credit are defined in the written PoC proposal. They are not the same for every product, and this page does not promise them.
Opt-outs and refusals are honoured immediately. Sent messages are never reported as delivered or read without channel evidence, replies are never counted as qualified leads, and no personalisation fact is invented — if the system cannot verify it, it does not say it.
It is a different buyer and a different problem — sales pipeline rather than production. It is included as a PoC because it is a product Meta Smart Factory sells, and it deserves the same evidence standard as everything else in the catalogue.
Approved messaging only, real sending limits, immediate stop-rule handling, duplicate prevention and human review on the first batches. Compliance findings for the target regions are a deliverable, not an afterthought.
Because collapsing them is how outbound reporting becomes fiction. A reply saying "please remove me" is a reply. Counting it towards a success rate would make the scorecard worthless for the decision it exists to support.
It can use verifiable information from the sources agreed in the scope. What it will not do is invent a plausible-sounding detail to make a message feel personal — that is a fast way to lose a prospect and a reputation.
Tell us the scope you have in mind and we will come back with a written PoC plan: what gets connected, what you provide, how success is measured and what the decision at the end looks like.
